配料(2-3人)
1⁄2 lb linguine (half of a 16 oz package)

1 C chopped yellow or sweet onion (about 1⁄2 onion)
1 C cubed zucchini (small cubes, about 1⁄2 zucchini)
1⁄2 tsp salt
1 or 2 cloves garlic, crushed or minced
1 7.5 oz. can Oregon’s Choice albacore tuna, drained

Preparation

  • 4 Cups Kale

  • 1罐16盎司鹰嘴豆

Directions:

  1. 预热烤箱至450华氏度. Open, drain, and wash the chickpeas. Toss them in 1 tbsp of olive oil and ½ tsp of salt, pepper, garlic powder, thyme, 红辣椒片. Cook on a baking sheet for 30 minutes.

Directions:
